RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us through your customer account at https://shopify.com/105007546706/account before the 14-day period expires. If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation.
Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear; returns will not be accepted if hygiene seals are removed.
Return Process
- Submit your return request through your customer account or via the link in your order confirmation.
- We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the item back to our warehouse in Italy within 14 days of notifying us.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the standard outbound shipping cost paid at the time of your order.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
