SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping from All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Italy.
Delivery Times
- Europe (EU): 3–7 business days
- Netherlands: 2–5 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Duties & Taxes For orders within the EU, all applicable taxes are included at checkout. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
